REPAIRS
We stand behind our product and want you to love and wear your jewelry. With that comes the need for a little TLC sometimes. Maybe a clasp broke, or maybe a stone is loose. Whatever the case may be, our experienced goldsmiths and watch repair team can inspect your item, determine if the repair is covered under any service plan or warranty, and either repair it or provide an estimate.

Premium Care & Repair Plan
Jewelry is an emotional and monetary investment. Purchasing our Premium Care & Repair Plan helps protect your investment and ensures your jewelry stays in it's best condition. In many cases, the cost of one or two routine repairs pays for the plan.
Worry-Free Watch Warranty
Our watch warranty goes above and beyond the manufacturer’s warranty to cover failures due to the normal wear and tear of using your timepiece.
In-Store Repairs
Bring your item, along with your sales receipt and any warranty documentation, into your local Riddle's store and our friendly associates will assist you with your repair needs. In many cases, your repair can be taken care of right in the store by our goldsmiths. There may be instances, however, when the type of jewelry or repair requires us to send your jewelry or watch to our Corporate Office or to the manufacturer.
Repairs by Mail
In instances where you aren't near any Riddle's stores, you may also mail your item to us for repair. Contact your preferred store or online sales prior to mailing your item so we can verify warranty information, provide an estimate if necessary, and know to expect your item.
When mailing, provide a copy of your sales receipt, any warranty documents, and specify the type of repair you need (i.e. fix clasp, resize ring to 6.5, etc.) Securely package your item and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to a store or our Corporate Office:

INSPECTIONS
Our goal is for you to enjoy your jewelry for many years to come. One of the best ways to ensure the integrity and beauty of your jewelry is to get a free "clean & check" inspection every 6 months.
In-Store Inspections
The easiest way is to stop by your local Riddle's store and have our trained associates carefully check for loose stones, damaged clasps, etc., and clean and polish your jewelry so it's back to looking its best.
Inspections by Mail
Follow the same procedures as detailed in Repairs by Mail above, but specify that it is a clean & check/inspection.
