RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are delighted with your jewelry purchase and our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following services to make your return or exchange as pleasant as possible:
Standard Returns
60-Day return for diamond purchases over $300*
20-Day return for all other jewelry purchases*
Free Return Shipping on online orders
*All items must be in new, unused condition. We are unable to accept returns of special order items or customized pieces. Restocking fee may be applied if purchase required additional repair, shipping or expedited services with Manager Approval.
Returns will be credited in the original form of payment in the amount paid at time of purchase. If you paid by cash or check, we will issue you a corporate check and mail it to the original billing address within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong merchandise.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please call 1-888-402-3475 to verify that you are within the return period.
Return/Exchange by Mail
Use the form to start your return or exchange and:
- Indicate reason for return; or provide exchange details.
- Print the pre-paid USPS return shipping label.
- Securely package the item along with all original paperwork (sales receipt, diamond guarantee, packing slips, etc.) and packaging (ring box, etc.) and drop it off at any USPS location.
We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item.
